The Pflugerville Education Foundation is a non-profit organization created by local businesses and community leaders to make a positive impact on public education. An independent Board of Directors, comprised of business and community leaders, parents and alumni in the Greater Pflugerville community, governs the Foundation.
PEF supports Innovative Teaching Grants, and the annual Teacher of the Year Program. Annual PEF events include the Schoolhouse Scramble Golf Tournament and the Evening of Stars Gala.

PEF creating a strong bond with campuses and PTOs

Annual Campaign Funds Student and Teacher Programs
Through Dec. 31, the Pflugerville Education Foundation (PEF) will be hitting the streets and asking parents, community members and businesses for donations as part of its annual campaign. The PEF funds grants and various programs benefiting Pflugerville ISD students and teachers throughout the school year.
In the 2011-2012 school year, the PEF raised more than $200,000 for the district, which was used to sustain new teaching strategies, implement innovative ideas and other initiatives to enhance instruction and educational opportunities.

Schoolhouse Scramble nets $30,000
